Radiation Leaking Power Plants in US – Tritium, Indian Point, and Turkey Point

As this site has highlighted, both Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant outside of New York City and Turkey Point Power Plant in Florida release significant amounts of tritium into the waters around their facilities. This indicates leaks and means other hazardous radioactive isotopes are being released into the environment. Tritium is more harmful than authorities admit because of the way it can penetrate deeply into cells and DNA strands (can bond anywhere hydrogen can). It may have a weak decay energy, but it is highly radioactive (constantly emitting), and still has the capability to break or ionize hundreds of molecules.
